Meal not discounted as per the offer

I placed my online order on 02/12/2024 with order no -111629 to collect st kfc Phalaborwa fir the cyber Monday deals that were running, 9 pieces of chicken was 30% discount and colonel burger fir buy 1 get 1 free,of which the 9 pieces wasn't discounted and I paid the normal price for it,went to the store spoke to Mpho the store manager and she said she can't assist since I ordered online and reffered me to online customer care ,spoke to Bongiwe which she didn't help either.
