McDonalds - ********* management

You order online for lunch because it is quick and convenient. What a mistake! Your order goes those all those nice icons to Delivered without anybody delivering anything. I go the TygerManor branch from which my food is supposed to come, to tell the manager Joseph that nothing got delivered and I would like my money back. he tells me NO. I had to go to the police station to lay a charge of theft before Joseph changed his tune and would contact head office for a refund. The detective said they will arrest the guy tomorrow if they do not refund me today. McDonalds is quick to take your money, but if they mess up, not very forthcoming to fix it and refund you. ********* lot, will never support them again.
