Mcdonald's Skinner ripped me off

I'm not happy with the service obtained at McDonald's Skinner. I ordered a breakfast meal & obtained something else. Complained & was told to spend my money (drive back) so they can exchange it for a correct one, after having called and being on the phone for +/-10min. I asked about the incidental cost & was that is non of their problem, what they do is exchange the meal for the customer and that it is. i still have the slip and the meal since i don not eat the tomato sauce and don't like eggs.

The RM was to call me today before end of business, and still I have not receivied any feedback from them. I dont understand how am i expected to buy a meal for R30, call the store for a **** up that they did with airtime worth +/-R20 and drive there with my own patrol to have the meal exchanged at my own cost with an estimate of +/-R30 fuel cost for a meal that cost only R30. This to me says i have purchased the meal for R80 (R30+20+30). And the store refuses to pay for the incidental cost incurred.
