McDonald's over KFC ANYTIME - trading hours

On the 01 January 2018 I went to the kfc on Malibongwe Drive in North Ridding to buy a meal, the trading hours displayed clearly stated that the store would be opened from 9:00 am, however at 10:30 am the store was still not opened. I then drove to the KFC in Douglas Dale, and just the same the store advertised that it would be opened at 9:00 am however at 10:45 am the store was still not opened. I then went to the closest McDonald's which was opened and received great service from them. KFC advertised that both stores would be opened at a specific time, however more than 90 minutes later both stores were still closed with no explanation. If you cannot provide me with an explanation from KFC then I will no longer be supporting KFC, and will rather support McDonald's or Popeyes, who are KFC's biggest competitors.
