Mc Donald's Service is Pathetic!!!

The most pathetic service I have ever received at Kinako Mc Donald's today - will definitely never see me again! We stood in a queue inside the shop for an hour.This is absolutely rediculous and unacceptable. I was given looks for simply asking why there was only one cashier available. I received my order after 45 minutes????, orders were being mixed up. I asked the cashier why the service is so slow - she said they are short staffed so she have to take orders, make some burgers and assist the drive thru customers but not us. No communication no care.

My order number 167 - cashier name Pinky S date 06/07/2019. Please have a look at this and address it . Highly disappointed.
