Mc Donald carnival mall

Mc Donald at Carnival mall what a bad experience. Decide to go through to drive thru had to wait close to 30 minutes after paying on the side. Other cars were also made to park on the side and were assisted before me.

When they decided to bring my order the lady Ntombi brought thru wrong drinks laughed at me. I asked for the manager.

Another lady came bringing my order the correct drinks told me the shift manager is too busy wont come to me her name was nhlanhla. The shift manager didn't bother to come who's name was Nozipho.

No urgency no care whatsoever- poor service at carnival mall would t go there again
