Maybe KFC should take some notes instead of asking us for R2 Donations

Placed an order on the WhatsApp app. Only to arrive at the store and get told that they don’t have that particular flavour and never receive it. Had to place another order where the cashier got confused billed items incorrectly and ended up sitting in the store for longer than anticipated because nothing was fulfilled the way it should’ve.

Eventually we received our order. Meal was unsatisfactory. Chicken was old and only thing that helped us digest was the dunked sauce.

Contacted customer service and response I received was an “I’m Sorry”. Nothing else. Store manager or who ever contacted me was not even aware of the WhatsApp ordering menu and info o provided when we spoke.

Just a reminder why I don’t order from that brand. Should have stuck to my usual preferred takeaways.

Recently started buying from Hungry Lion and my family is happy. They offer much better food, pricing and customer service. Maybe KFC should take some notes instead of asking us for R2
