Mash and Gravy with no Gravy

KFC Bergbron is useless. Despite making a complaint against them several days ago and getting a response from them I thought let me give them another try. That was a mistake!! The mash and gravy I ordered was missing the graving and the pops was not well done at all.

All KFC can do on google is apologise and send you a link. But nothing changes. Useless!!!
