Masala crunch? ****!!!!!!!!!!

I had the worst KFC tonight!!!! As advertised. Masala crunch What a terrible experience! I do not think it was funny ,about 1.5 cmm thick layer of pungent hot spice!!!! Impossible to enjoy. Not at all KFC 's quality. I do not know if it is supposed to be like that.... it is a ****ty idea if it is. Totally inedible.
