MANAGERS TERRIBLE SERVICE

I was at KFC ESIHLAHLENI DAVEYTON on sunday around 19H10 wanted the 3x street wise2 pap and the order taker told me theres no pap i ask for the Manager ( TSHIDI) , she came and i asked her why they dont have pap she said they are still cooking and i asked how long will it take to be done she told me 30mns & i said to her i will wait for it then the bad attitude came :You cant wait for pap here as if you are waiting for the Chicken it was much better if you were waiting for the chicken! then she told me just stay there & she walked away from me .my question is , is PAP not part of KFC menu or did i make a mistake by wanting to buy a streetwise pap? what kind of a Manager she is who cannot talk to the customers in a polite way?How does she lead her staff without example?Her attitude is so so bad, i liked going to that KFC now i dont think ill ever go there with my friends & family. TSHIDI i think you neeed more training on how to make a customer happy & want to come back to your store again , lead by an example.
