Manager who is rude

I was in park station today at KFC I have never seen such a rude manager (Ruth)she even shout at her staff infront the customers.i went to the tills to ask for the cloth to wipe the table because all of their empty tables were dirty I have never in my life got a rude person like ruth she has an attitude she spoken to me so rudely and that KFC is dirty as she told me that the tables are being dirty coz of the customers it's not her fault Am so ****ed at this point
