Manager Vuyo can burn in hell

Kfc rondebosch east, this would be the last time u **** up my order, take money from me and never give me what i paid for. Ordered meal on uber eats, no matter how much options i clicked, no matter how much additional notes i put on there, these idiots working there who clearly cant read or follow instructions, still dont get it right. None of the extra sauce, WHICH I PAID FOR, was put on the burgers. None of the condiments i requested, was given. Called the store, and spoke to the worst manager i ever encountered, Vuyo. She dis not give 2 ****s if the order was right or wrong, she did not give 2 ****s that i paid for extra sauces and never received it, the crunch burger SHOULD NOT have had cheese one as my wife cannot eat dairy. It went straight into the bin. This ***** of a woman didnt even ask me to bring it back, she just said, "contact uber eats if u have a problem. They didnt see the payment for extra sauce so it wasnt given". Kfc rondebosch east is the one restaurant who doesnt see the uber eats items that was paid for. ****ing tool. If u have managers like that running the show, imagine what the rest of the staff are allowed to do. With all due respect kfc is taking my money and not giving me what i paid for and Vuyo dearest seems like she loves *****ing that money. Good on u vuyo. Last time i ordered from that **** restaurant. I will be sure for others to steer clear.
