manager not following procedure

I went to kfc at promande and went to get a snack and the manager marlene notice that I was waiting to be served she told the cashier ongeziwe to help me she then help someone else.when she was done serving the customer,I told her I was waiting on her to serve,she gave me a dirty look and told me she didn't see me,I then told her your manager told u I'm standing and waiting,the cashier then said how can I help without acknowledging my concern,as she continued to give me this dirty look,i asked her to write down her name and she said \why must she do it I can write it"! i asked to speak to her manager in a loud voice she said \""there's she you can call her\"".i asked the manager to write down her name and the manager out of no curiosity didn't ask me what's wrong.she wrote down the cashiers name and then continued to work.im very unhappy about the service I've received and it's unacceptable.KFC is a world wide business and I believe that they want to be the best but if you get service from people like ongeziwe mbenebge and they dont change their attitude"
