Manager leaking customers service

My order was wrong 2times on different days and when i went to the store, she gave me a ****ed up attitude. she just came to front of house, authorised something then left, came again, then left. i had to call her and just gave me small chips just to get rid of me and still i never got the product that was short from my order cause it wasn't chips but gravy. why do i forever get bad service from KFC and they don't seem to care about their customers? it's our money that's running their stores. They must do something about all these
