Manager is ***********

I often visit KFC Sandown and order the fully loaded box meal - as I find the mash revolting and cannot understand the logic behind having mash and French fries in one meal I always swop the mash for coleslaw - today I was told this is not possible- I asked to see a manager- she was even worse than Amanda - not helpfull and rude - how can KFC trust someone like that to be a manager. As arguing with her was pointless I settled for the standard meal with mash. Amanda slammed to window shut after taking my order. Got home, fed the mash to my dogs- which they did not even want to eat, sat down to a dry tasteless burger, brown lettuce, soggy tomato and very dry chicken breast. Thank you KFC for totally spoiling my meal with *********** rude staff and manager and then yucky mash and then topping it with dry chicken burger. Taking great care of your customers!
