Manager giving customers attitude

Good day

worst experience ever, when to kfc today in Brackenfell,the way that manager treated us there was not acceptable. she shouted actually yelling at us that when we have a big order we need to call in, we didn't know that we telling her that's not how she is suppose to speak to customers she said she doesn't care we are not here only customers we were trying to make voids, she told us no voids are gonna be done , its friday after 12 we were suppose to call . she was literary rude she knows nothing about customer services. i'm sure thebis cameras in front just look how she was treated. please deal with that attitude that is not how customers should be treated especially from manager
