Manager Bad attitude

Earlier on today i went to Kfc at Capetown Airport i ordered green salad it was 11:10 i waited until 11:40 nothing coming i keep on asking the ladies where is my order? They keep on saying its coming itold them that I'm running out of time so ineed to cancel the order.. The lady by the Name of Sisi phath she came to refund i ask what happened to my order she said the something that was not good iask her "why you didn't inform me maybe I should take alternative meal?" "she answered me what i suppose to do bcz the thing was not right?" first of all she didn't apologize to me she was unfriendly she gave me very very bad attitude iask who the manager can i see the maneger? She said the manager is at the back aonly to find out by other staff lady she the manager she even refuse to gave me her name... My Wright as Customer was violeted at Kcf Capetown airport today i left without my order no one explained to me the whole process
