Making it up as she goes along

On Friday night I went to KFC and ordered our usual family treat and asked CHARMAINE to pack it the way I usually order it. She told me that she cannot due to 'packing procedure' I explained that just last week the very same request was honoured by another lady who was right next to her and she shrugged her shoulders, rolled her eyes and told me if I don't like it she will call the manager. She left to the back but when she reappeared she just said \the manager said 'No'"So to say LYNETTE could not even be bothered to come to the front to speak to me.. I asked her why they have no consistency with this 'packing procedure' she kept repeating"
