Macdonald's employees do not know or want to learn how app works

Silverton Macdonald's employees don't know how the app works. I wanted to add scan my app to add to my points and the cashier just said sorry she does't know how it works and shrugged me off. So what is the point of the app when the custodians are not willing to learn about it. Next time i will just buy from another Macdonald's who will be able and willing to assist.
