Lying To Customer

I am unhappy with the KFC at Palmsprings. I called this evening asking for dunked wings and they told me to come and collect. It is written on the internet that it closes at 23:00, i went to the shop at 21:00 and found it closed, I wasted my petrol for nothing. I will never buy or recommend anyone to go buy from that KFC.
