Low Quality Food

I am a regular customer at your Durban North Arcadia Centre branch where I always purchase the Family Treat meal which is currently being sold from R124.90 to R164.90, however, everytime over the last couple of months that I have purchased this meal, I have become more and more dissatisfied with the quality of food that has been served to me. The chicken and chips are never done properly, the chicken pieces seem to be getting smaller each time that I purchase and once the chips were completely left out from the order which was only discovered when I got home. The price for this meal is not cheap and to think how many hundreds of rands I have spent or should I say wasted on such low quality food. Yesterday, I go to your Cresent Umhlanga Branch and the same thing, the food quality is very low and the service - thats a whole other issue! Oh and another thing, why is the food being packed up in the back and not infront of the customers any longer? - To me, since this started happening, the food quality has drastically deteriorated. Enough is enough KFC - improve your food quality or you will be losing a high volume of loyal customers!
