Low food standard

Hi, I bought some takeaways from your Wilropark branch on Friday 5 August. My order number was 4755. My sweet chilly twister had no sauce on. I have lodged complaints before and avoided the branch for a long time, but I was in the vicinity and dropped in at this branch yesterday evening. The store was revamped, but the service is still ****. I regularly support the Noordheuwel branch, because the service is good there, but the Wilropark branch is no good.
