lousy staff

Today I went to the KFC at Featherbrooke Village at about 3pm....when I went to 0lace my order over the speaker at the drive thru I waste with the most unenthusiastic and unprofessional hello....I placed my order to the very short off voice and when she just kept quiet I proceeded to the payment window. that is where the short off and extremely unfriendly staff member (could not see her name tag) just blurted out an amount. I then asked her if it was correct as the price seemed v low only to find she had my order wrong. she them proceeded to argue that I had said the wrong thing and dated...and this infuriated my to click het tongue at me and storm off to get help. after the rest of my transaction took place in silence I finally went to the collection window where my food was handed to me by another unfriendly unsmiling face. I am not accustomed to this treatmemt at KFC framchised anf i will never set fpot near this one again.
