LOUD music in KFC, Graaf Reinette

Driving down to George, I stopped at a KFC in Graaf Reinette. Got orders from all 12 passengers and entered store. The music was on exceptionally loud and eventually the lady behind the counter said, "I can't hear you". She in turn asked a second lady to please turn the volume down, but the request was just ignored. I thought losing 12 sales better punishment than trying to speak to the manager
