Lost airtime

So kfc have the deal where you buy 10 wings and get R20 free airtime. Baught the wings Sunday and the guy forgot to give my slip with my free airtime. I then turned around and he reprint the slip. When entering the airtime it shows that it has been used already. Went on their website and no option to write a complaint. I just wonder if it really is free airtime
