Losing my kfc cravings for about 2 months

I rarely have problems and if it’s something small I look pass it because the rest of my meal is always good. But today it was like every thing in my meal went wrong from raw chicken, 2 nuggets on my original burger(shocked) ,no mash in my gravy but when I came to my drink it had a small ****eroch smudged against my drink. Please sort this out from the Tokai branch I’ll probably eat kfc in the next 2 months from now. Uber eats is doing a great job.
