Long waiting time and wrong order

I ordered online at KFC Boardwalk Complex. I waited 30mins and called to find out about my order. They said I should come pick it up because it's going to be ready in 2minutes. I went there with my friend and waited more than 2hours for an order they said is going to be ready in 2mins. I still waited only to get the wrong order. No chips and no cooldrink and I ordered a meal with 12 piece chicken, 2 chips, and a cooldrink. But we got the wrong order. We had to wait longer for them to fix our order. The worst service I've ever gotten. I understood the pressure, but wrong order? Its a no no!
