Long waiting periods

I placed an online order for a streetwise 5 at 20:10 on whatsapp for collection at gelvandale access rd & springbok street,I arrived at the store and my order was still not ready at 20:21pm they advised that it will take 15-20minutes i wouldnt have mind 15 minutes but 35 minutes really I was not hungry when i got home.however a customer infront of me placed his order in store and received it within 10minutes while I was only served with my order at 20:55 kindly advise what is the use of ordering online when the online orders instore gets served way faster I also noticed this on the screen that customers that ordered in store received their orders way sooner than me,every meal at kfc gets prepared with chicken so why did I have to wait so long? Also after the long wait for a streetwise 5 they only pack in 1 tomato sauce ketchup and 2 Chilli powders who must get and who must watch?
