Long Waite

We place an order at kfc in Westgate game entrance and waited 20 minutes for 4 wings as the rest of my order was already prepared and by the time I received my order it was already cold. Now I did not gave the staff the job they app**** for the job and they can at least be more curtious towards patrons and font treat us (customers) as if we own them anything. Am really disappointed in the service the manager gas no control over his staff even people who want to order had to Waite.
