Long wait to nothing

So last night after working a 9 hour shift I go to KFC greenpoint to get some food only to find out they closed for their stock take now I know they regularly do this as my company provides food vouchers with that KFC being one of the vendors, the sign at the door said 00:30 so after getting there at 23:00 I sit and wait in the car and at 00:30 they just put up a sign saying opening at 01:30 now after not eating at all during my shift and waiting a hour and a half outside with no real reason given as to why I should wait another hour it baffles me why they didn't just put up a sign saying 01:30 in the first place and this is not the only bad service myself and colleagues have got at this KFC if not a 100 we surely have 50 + incidents as we used to use this KFC everyday while we were still in the same building as them I cannot wait for us to change food vendors and I'll surely be lobbying at work to make this a speedy process.
