LONG WAIT IN DRIVE THRU

The most pathetic service from the Edendale branch, waited an hour in the drive thru. After finally paying for our order we had to wait more than 15 min at the collection point, no explanation from the staff members for the long wait. This is becoming a norm and management is not doing anything about it
