Long wait and wrong order

My order was wrong three times. I've just gotten home and it's not what I ordered. I ordered an original twister with no tomatoes and a large mash and gravy. First I received a burger and now I'm trying to eat a sweet chili twister with tomatoes. I waited over 30 minutes for my food. I will not be going back to this branch it was complete chaos and many customers were standing at the tills screaming because their orders were also wrong. Eventually I just left without even checking my food and it was still wrong. I did not even receive an apology for the wait.
