LONG WAIT

I arrived at Kfc at 19h00 and only got helped at 19h47. Only one casher was on duty in front. I asked for the manager and was told that no manager was on duty only a supervisor by the name of Carien. Carien the supervisor did not want to come to the front counter to see what the customers was complaining about. I only received my order a half hour later. This is unacceptable and something should be done about the service at Kfc Upington. This was not the first time something like this happen at the same branch. IF you go to Kfc at month end it's the same story. Sometimes you don't get chicken and have to wait. Please help...
