Logged a complaint was giving a ref. Number and was going to be handled internally and still no feed back just goes to show KFC doesn't care about their customers.

When I placed my order I ask the cashier 81 okuhle for a colonel meal no tomato as I am allergic to it and a small pops...after paying I realised I was charged for a small chips instead of pops...when I told the cashier it had to be pops instead of chips she told me I must give her a R9 difference in cash. She never changed it on the slip though. When my order was called I never received my pops my burger I opened in front of the lady and there was tomato on I flipped. She told me I must not be rude and talk to her nicely...like really I was furious she already messed up my order by not listening. And she still has the nerve to tell me I must speak to her nicely. Worse service ever from KFC promenade mall.
