Lodging a complaint

Good day, I ordered online on the 26th of May 2023 at 17:30 at thembi mall Thembisa 1632. I paid for the food on my capitec app I never got a confirmation sms or link from KFC I went to the store thinking they'll assist me since I paid. They told me they couldn't see my order they want that confirmation sms, the service was very bad the teller was talking to us in tsonga we couldn't hear anything she was, they weren't helpful. I went back home without any food but I paid I then sent the KFC customer care a message they asked for my banking details emails and so forth which I provided, still haven't received any email from KFC
