Location

I got their whatsapp number to place an order but when I try to place an order, the nearest store they send me for pick up is more than 1,28km ,whereas there is KFC rock cottage that doesn't appear and it is few meters from my workplace.I sent a location but still rock cottage is not available.Please advise.
