**** to and treated like dirt at a drivethrough

At 3am on Saturday morning. We decided to go to Kfc commercial road (Port Elizabeth) for food after a night out. Now im not sure if KFC treats people like dirt cause they assume they are drunk or what.

None the less we were helped by a lady called Asanda on the speaker. We asked for milkshake and she told us KFC dont sell milkshakes nor does the Ice cream machine work. Fine we skip that to proceed ordering our food then boom asanda closes her mic and isnt not taking our order. We proceed to the window. Confront her for not responding to us trying to call out order and she claims that the speaker isnt working and that she wasnt the one talking to us through the headsets it was another lady taking the order from the kitchen.

Wow!! Ok so now we ask her to please call this rude lady that switched the mic off while we were placing our order. She laughs at us We are now irate and then she stands to go call a lady who takes the blame for her and as soon as that lady saw how angry we are,she fast changed and said no it wasnt her it was indeed Asanda the one who was initially there but she was taking the fall for her. Wow! Our time being wasted. We ask for a manager. Again we get one of Asanda's friends to pose as a manager now the whole stuff is laughing at us through the window. I have a video of this and i want urgent follow up. As we are trying to ask Asanda why she did this she laughs and says she is too busy to answer us she is going to Lunch. Leaves us talking alone at the drive through. And later admits that it was her who switched us off cause she thought we wanted Milkshakes only and she is sorry. Sorry after wasting our time and lying in our faces. We stood there for more them 30mins for an answer.

I need Asanda removed from serving at KFC. She doesnt take the job and the brand seriously. I have always been eating and donating to KFC and the service i recieved i did not deserve nor does anyone else
