Letting you wait

On Tuesday 13th November I was stopped by KFC in Bronkhorstspruit on my way home to Kempton Park. We got there at 19:15 and my order was placed at 19:27 for streetwise pap and streetwise two with 4 zinger wings. My order no was 427 and they were still calling out out 405 at the time. I asked for the ladies and when I got there you could not even walk in as it was so dirty and when I returned to the front I told them that the ladies was a mess. I waited, waited and waited. The orders were called but not insequence and I understan dmaybe cause of what we ordered differently. At 19:45 I overhead the cashier telling another that they did not have wings. I walked over and asked them why they didn't mention that when I placed my order and asked that they remove the wings an dgive me the streetwise meals. They took my slip and look at each other saying what did she say, I repeated myself and than they gave me my order with the wings. I asked so you magically got wings now but you didn't have the other time. I took my order and left. That was 19:50. We drove off, I opened the wings and they were very cold and also not well cooked. The meat was also not well cooked. The presentation was awful and I could not drive back as I was already kilos away. My husband said that you were hungry and didn't want you not to eat I know this place from when I worked here back in 2015, they have bad service.
