Let's treat all people with the same level of respect

Well I had placed an order for the family Fiesta, me, my son and wife sat down and waited for the meal.

People who came after us were getting serviced, the stuff at KFC were calling their friends to get first preference and they were not helping the people who had been waiting for long. I'm bit disappointed that this is the type of service that is carried out especially for a big brand like KFC, people should be given the same amount of respect.

It took them 30mins to get our order right and despite that, the time we got our meal the chicken and mash with gravy was already cold because we had to wait for the chips.

We don't come to KFC to ask for any free meals, so people who work there should not consider us as such. I paid for my meal to enjoy it whilst it's hot but because people decided to have their favorites taken care off first, I had to eat my meal cold. I don't think it's fair if you have spent your money to get a decent meal for you and your family and in return get the type of meal as if you are serving people in some feeding scheme. This really needs to change very soon
