Les Marais KFC is Horrible

KFC Les Marais in Pretoria, must be the worst KFC on the list. First of all the service is slow and horrible and secondly there is NEVER ice cream. When I wanted to place my order the clerk informed me that the machine has been broken for 4 continuous days. In the heat that we are currently in, ice cream would be lovely. All this happened on 28/11/2018. But I was there about 7 times in the last 6 months and there was Ice Cream only once. They wil NEVER see me again.
