Left with no food and no money ...due to KFC

I ordered online,my orders was later cancelled due to drivers bot wanting to drive in the wind...i then saw that my refund will take up to 7 days...i called them and told the that i cannot wait 7 days that was the last that i had for my children to eat and i offered to go and collect i was brushed off with there is nothing they can do ...here i am stuck as a customer with no food ...wereby the app had to indicate that they not doing deliveries like it always use to ...now i am deeply inconvenienced ...very unhappy and hurt
