left the shop without food or my money

I came in after 7 pm to buy coke zero the lady who served me at the till was a darling and the lady who poured the drink (PEGGY) treated me like she was the 1 buying it for me.i explained that i dont want ice with my colddrink n wen she had to change my order she started saying that shes not ther to nurse me and she went on n on .i felt so little she kept on saying things that left me small and i end up leaving kfc without my coke or my money n in the process i lost the change they gave me .it is disgusting that u harbor such rude and incompetant people who do not give a danm about customers or their jobs .kfc fourways crossing always gives horribles service and the managers sits n watches because its not his problem if they dont wana serve me they could have just gave me back my money mac donald its opposite i could have gone there .m so so disgusted i will never set foot in that kfc again
