Left hungry because KFC doesn't package food properly

I ordered a breakfast toast at the KFC next to the shell garage at canal walk and it was giving to me broken up etc. My cappuccino had no milk in it. 2 days ago I got a milshake cover over my cup instead of a cappuccino cover, and when I got there to order breakfast the lunch menu was up at 8am. So I order from the lunch menu, they say there's no chicken so I ask what do I order. I took their recommendation not being able to choose for myself. For today's breakfast I expect a refund or another meal properly done.
