LAZY, BAD SERVICE and JUST DONT CARE

The staff at the Jabulani Mall KFC yetserday afternoon should all go on a customer service training. The queues are always long at that shop and the staff behind that glass all you can see is them walking so slowly, with no sense of urgency and just couldn't be bothered about the lines and how long the people have been waiting. Instead of informing us that the one tiller is busy with a cash up we should join another line, they carry on cashing up and then the next till opens and now we are moved there. I finally get to the till and i buy two snack burgers and two Kream ***** and with two R50 notes and the lady tells me she doesn't have change, i cant take back my money so after a long stare between the two of us she go's at the back and comes back with a packet of R5's and i get my R40 in those R5's. This just showed me that the fact that she didn't have change it was my problem, don't you give your tills cash float? the staff literally take 3 mins to get to the ice cream machine, and take another slow walk back to you. I am sorry but the staff have bad attitude, no customer services etiquette, for a fast food store that is the slowest store ever in that entire centre. POOR SERVICE
