Lazinbess? Customer care?

No Customer Care...laziness? So, we arrived at the KFC and I ordered from the self help machine and specifically requested "dine in". When my order was processed, it was delivered tio me in a Big brown KFC bag.....I then asked the server what the difference was between "dine in" and take out...she burst out laughing and stated that they had no trays. But there were a couple of trays lying on the counter ....also at the delivery counter and where the refuse was to be dumped. I asked for knives and forks and was informed that there were no knives. So my question is....is this how KFC customer service is now provided...if so get rid of the tables and chairs....or is this just laziness brom the branch that dont want the clients in the store and dont want to wash the trays.I did try to log this on the KFC Customer care page.....but that doesn't work (tried twice on different days). This is the KFC corner of Mercury and Great North in Benoni
