Late wings

I'm disgusted by the service received at dobsonville square KFC. We arrived there at 22h00 via drive through and we only got serviced at 22h30. The reason being they allowed pedestrians to jump the queue. When I asked Thandaza why this is happening she could only answer by saying that's how they do it. Where is the fairness in this?!!?!?!?! This is an absolutely appalling service!
