Late, soggy and food poisoning

On Sunday the 26th February I called KFC's delivery line to order an eight piece family treat and was told that it will be delivered in 30 - 45 minutes, as this is East London you can cross town in 10 so I was certain it would be on time. After an hour I phoned back to find out where my food is and was toold that the delivery person couldnot find the Complex in which I live.

Fair enough as it is quite hidden away, although I have received deliveries from KFC there before. When the food finally arrived some 90 minutes later it was cold and soggy and tasted like old oil, as we were all starving at this time we ate it rather than send it back as that could have been another 90 minute wait. 3 hours later my wife became violently ill and I have felt nauseas up to now. Despite all this, that is not my complaint, my complaint is that when I reported it first thing this morning I have not yet been contacted. This is after spending alot of money with them, having to spend more wasted money on medicine and wasting my time.

KFC GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER

I must add that I find it almost ironic that KFC ask for R2 for the Hope Foundation, I think that this is a wonderful concept and must be appluaded, I would like to however, add your Customer's hope that their food arrives on time and does not have any negative physical reactions when being eaten i.e. food poisoning. I always add my R2, so please live up to my HOPE
