Late opening bad attitude not working machines

I am disgusted by KFC in block xx complex on sunday i went there to spend 300 but to my surprise at 9 the fast food was still closed when i ask the manager she rep**** with bad attitude saying to me they are not ready the next thing after they open at 09H20 they refused to sell me food only to be told swipe machine not working i had to run around with shops to withdraw cash as atm was full and i was late for graduations then i got 200 to buy all my orders were oily and shot. This is the worst KFC taking advantage because they are not in town not even caring for customers i have been to many KFC but you showed me on Sunday was a real middle finger.Thanks for nothing and keep being *********** and open l;ate because no one cares i will go and buy in Pretoria north in future
