late delivery and chicken not cooked properly

on tuesday 16 march i called kfc to order something to eat. i ordered a sweet chilli twister meal. one and a half hour later my food came..... when i got my order.. i had two twisters and chips and a drink. i only ordered one sweet chilli twister meal... cause i was hungry i paid for both twisters. i gave one to my friend. when she ate it. the chicken was pink-ish on the inside. it was not properly cooked... mine was almost burnt... chewing it was like chewing a rock... now i love kfc twisters but after this... i was really put off.. the waiting and then the food that doesnt taste great... dissapointment!!!
