Last week I went to KFC in sasolburg for 3 days in a row now and they were out of ice-cream all 3 days!!! I mean, what's to point off advertising something you never have stock of??? My frustration and irritation is beyond words

Last week I went to KFC in sasolburg for 3 days in a row now and they were out of ice-cream all 3 days!!! I mean, what's to point off advertising something you never have stock of??? My frustration and irritation is beyond words. Worst part is there's no explanation, no apology, no estimated time of when they be in stock! The least they could do is put up a sign that they're out if stock instead of letting us waste our time queuing for nothing!! Saying I'm disappointed is an understatement! I have since posted on their Facebook page and sent them a message but have received no update/response to their acknowledgement of my post
